Our country has a lot of brick concrete structure and teaching building, after several earthquakes show that if there is no reasonable teaching the building seismic design, very easy to collapse and casualties. Therefore, it is the most important to improve the degree of attention in the teaching building of primary and middle school buildings and strengthen the earthquake resistant of the school buildings in the primary and middle schools..Brick concrete structure and teaching building in the earthquake collapse rate is very high, for the analysis of the reasons for the collapse of the we tend to overlook the influence of wall between windows, only consider the in-plane seismic force. The wall between windows under the earthquake action is easy to collapse of the wall, and teaching building of brick and concrete structure mostly adopts the vertical and horizontal hybrid bearing system, it is actually composed of non reinforced masonry longitudinal window between wall and reinforced concrete deep beam formed "framework" and transverse masonry shear wall "frame shear wall structure. Design, the lateral stiffness is small " framework " is neglected. However, when a strong earthquake, masonry shear wall cracking, the floor horizontal displacement is greatly increased, vertical window of masonry wall between out of plane displacement greatly increased window wall collapsed. The masonry wall and the window wall can be formed through the reinforced concrete mortar to reinforce the brick wall and the window wall.. Compared with the concrete frame shear wall structure, the paper presents the calculation method of brick concrete structure teaching primary reinforcement calculation using the " combination of block masonry building with frame- shear wall.The method of calculating the masonry frame shear wall includes three parts: internal force calculation, bearing capacity and displacement calculation.Ⅰ.internal force calculation. Through the "pre reinforcement no reinforced masonry calculation method," reinforced the traditional calculation, "combination of block masonry building with frame- shear wall calculation method of" three kinds of calculation methods in the case of calculation results, combination of block masonry building with frame- shear wall calculation method can complete checking structure in reinforcement after each stage of earthquake by the force and deformation of the advantages.In general, the "combination frame masonry shear wall" calculation method for brick concrete structure and teaching building seismic reinforcement method provides a new way.
