In view of the more cars,roads and traffic accidents,in order to reduce the traffic accidents,good pavement skid resistance is an important safeguard to ensure traffic safety.To newly built or rebuilt road,not only meet the basic requirement which ensure the traffic capacity,but it,s the most important to ensure the pavemen have a good performance of anti-sliding.At present,one of the indicators of anti-sliding performance is the road surface friction coefficient,research the method of road surface friction coefficient is very important that evaluat the friction coefficient accurately and efficiently.In connection with the situation,collecting related information for the test method and equipment about the performance of road anti-sliding and introduce the working principle for the equipment and detection methods simply,then analysis their advantages and disadvantages.The main object of this study is the lateral force coefficient checkout automobile that its type is SFC- 2007(values: SFC),firstly make a detailed introduction for this test equipment, On the basis of understanding and skillfully using the device,then make the repeatability test which based on the highway of guangxi and hunan,Analyzed the distribution of test data in the use of this equipment and compared with the friction pendulum instrument,it conclud the relationship through the datas which tested by two types device.Simply analysis the mechanism of the pavement skid resistance,research two aspects which focus on the characteristics of rubber material and the interaction between tire and road surface,on the basis of understanding the mechanism of generation,studying the influence factors respectively which mainly from the tires,testing environment(outside conditions) and so on.Finally analysis the correlation SFC through the theory of grey system which the Lateral force coefficient obtained by SFC–2007 between the road roughness,rut,and cracks, through the size of the correlation determine the model,create the model of relationship between the lateral force coefficient and roughness, rut.
