The Research On Calculation Method Of Highway And Waterway Transportation Volume And Application In Hunan

Transportation volume as an important indicator of the transport industry,and fully reflects the production results of the transport industry,it also reflects China's national conditions and strength.Accurately grasp the data of transportation volume,and analyzing trends of the data,which can give full play to the guiding role in the road and waterway management, planning and decision-making by traffic statistics.The Ministry of transport in order to further improve the accuracy and reliability of the transportation volume statistics data in highway and waterway,in the basis of transportation economy statistics investigation,modify the “highway and waterway transportation volume statistics pilot program(2009)”,propose new statistical program,which named "highway and waterway transportation volume statistics pilot program(2014)”.Hunan Provincial Department of Transportation to implement new programs,and improve the quality of statistical data in our province transportation and the efficiency of statistical work.Which supplement the calculation method of transportation volume statistics,and put forward the new demand for statistical software.In this paper, through analyze the original traffic survey and calculation methods of Hunan Province,according to the existing problems of original statistical method,combined with the actual situation in Hunan Province and sampling theory,proposing a transportation volume calculation method which based on monthly fluctuation coefficient and the ratio. On the basis of the calculation method,and combines with the Hunan transportation volume statistics needs,using ASP.NET technology to design and implementation of “Hunan province highway and waterway transportation volume monthly net system”,which adopt Visual Studio 2008 as development tool and SQL Server2008 as the backend database. The system has data of transportation volume query, entry, calculate, comparative analysis,summary transportation volume, generate reports and other functions.The system has been put into practical use, and used by the 2014 traffic volume statistics, data of transportation volume which calculate are consistent with the actual development of transportation industry, it has been fully affirmed by the Hunan Provincial Department of transportation.
