Research On Collaborative Work Mechanism For Construction Implementation

In recent years,with the rapid development of economy in our country,the number,scale and complexity of the projects is increasing,which increased the requirement for project management.There are a lot of units involved in the large scale and complex projects,so it is difficult to approach synergetic construction.The problems of variation,delay,increased costs crop up because of incomplete technological explanation or design and build’s separate,so it is particularly important to study the collaborative work mechanism between different participating units for construction implementation.Researching on the relationship between culture and effects from an overall angle is helpful to develop collaborative work mechanism,and achieve the maximum benefit with minimum costs,then finish the final goals of the projects,which is full of realistic significance.Researching on the trait of synergetic culture and the path relationship can provide a new way for project management,enrich the academic system,guide the real work,which is full of theoretical significance.The main research results are following:(1)On a basis of extensive comparison and study of relevant resources,this article sorts out the definition and correlation of synergetic culture and synergetic work effects,analyze the different relationships based on the model contract for the relevant contract,then finds out that the trait of synergetic culture can be three levels,and includes projects goal,the organizational structure,contract documents,measurement and payment,etc using the method of Exploratory Factor Analysis and questionnaire;(2)Then making further research on the relationship between synergetic culture and synergetic work effects through theoretical derivation assumption and establishing the structure model,finding that the path relationship tallies basically the theoretical derivation assumption through analyzing the data involved in questionnaire;(3)According to the characteristics of synergetic work,we build the evaluation index system,select the fuzzy method to evaluate work level based on an actual work.The calculations show that the index system and evaluation method is applicable,and provide some suggestions for real work.Finally,discussing the conclusions and limitations of this study and putting forward the research expectation.
