Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the rapid development of Chinese economy and the increasing number of domestic complex engineering projects,the success of complex engineering project can play an important role in the urbanization of our country and national economy.There are a large number of participants in the complex engineering project,and numerous new technologies are often adopted during the construction process,what’s more,the external environment has a greater impact on the construction process,how to carry out collaborative management efficiently in the process of complex project construction is becoming the key problem in the whole project management process.BIM is a kind of construction industry information theory and technology,its most important attribute is parameter characteristics and visualization,parameter characteristics allows the BIM model to store a variety of relevant engineering information data throughout the life cycle of a construction project,visualization makes the whole life cycle of construction projects can be simulated in the computer.BIM can provide information and the essential technical support for collaborative management of complex engineering projects.This paper briefly introduces the previous study of collaborative management of complex engineering project worldwide,on the basis of relevant literature and the views of the relevant experts at home and abroad,after several adjustments,the scale of the evaluation index of complex project collaborative management is determined,according to the questionnaire survey of relevant personnel,then analyzed the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data.According to the theory and analysis method of structural equation model,the scale of the evaluation index of the collaborative management of complex engineering projects was optimized by reference to the standardization factor of each observation indicator,the index scale which influence the complex engineering project evaluation was determined according to the revised first order model path,the estimated parameter chart and the two order confirmatory factor analysis model,based on the analysis of the model parameters according to the indexes and variables of different degree of effect,introducing the extent of attention which should be paid to each index and variable,and relatively scientific andreasonable suggestions were proposed for the collaborative management of complex engineering projects.This paper analyzes the role of BIM in promoting collaborative management of complex engineering projects,case study of the second phase of the airport project in Xinzheng,besides,by using the form of table to analyze the promotion effects and reasons of BIM technology on all the indexes.This paper draws a conclusion through analysis: Although BIM cannot solve all the problems in collaborative management of complex engineering projects,BIM still plays a huge role in promoting the collaborative management of complex engineering projects.This paper makes use of the structural equation model to analyze the indexes that affect the collaborative management of complex engineering projects,combines BIM technology and related theories,provides theoretical support and technical support for the collaborative management of complex engineering projects.
