In recent years, with the acceleration of Chinese high-speed railway development, the issue of the lack of the workers who can use and maintain the new equipment skillfully is becoming more and more serious, and has become a big problem that should be solved in railway industry. The train control center as the core of CTCS-2 ground equipment, whether the stability of its work or not, directly affect the safety of the train operation. Thus it requires signal equipment maintenance staff have high quality and high skills. In order to achieve this requirement, it is necessary to allow students to do more hands-on exercises. However, the field equipment is being used and can't stop for training. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a fault simulation and training system for high-speed train control equipment, with new technical means to achieve a better training effect for the train control center.The thesis first analyzes the structure of CTCS-2 ground system, emphatically analyzes the functions and interface of train control center system. Through the field investigation and analysis, summarized the common fault types of the train control center. According to the relevant documents of the railway department, combined with the training needs of the railway staff, training system functional requirements are put forward. The basic functions are the training of elementary knowledge and the training of professional skills.Secondly, according to the functional requirements, the overall design scheme of the training system is designed, including the structure and the system function division. This system is used for training LKD2-H train control center which is used in the “Zhengzhou-Xi'an” high-speed railway. The training system is divided into stand-alone subsystem and on-line training subsystem. Stand-alone training subsystem is designed for elementary knowledge training, including the design of train control center maintenance terminal training, train control center's main function training, train control center equipment structure training and the common fault phenomenon training. On-line training subsystem is designed for professional skills training on the machine. It is composed of a real train control center, an interface frame and a train control interface device simulator. The real train control center has the logic operation function and terminal display function. The interface frame is used to accomplish the function of information exchange between the real train control center and the train control interface device simulator. The train control interface device simulator is used for simulating the logic of other signal system equipment connected with the train control center. The simulation includes adjacent train control center, computer interlocking, temporary speed limit server, track circuit, relay, etc.In the end, using Visual Studio 2010 as a development tool, the thesis realizes the design of the fault simulation and training system for High-speed train control equipment. The completed training functions include: the train control center elementary knowledge visualization training function, logic simulation of other signal devices which connected with the train control center, the function of driving the real train control center, The adjacent train control center, computer interlocking, temporary speed limit server, track circuit, relay equipment fault simulations.This training system is tested in Zhengzhou Railway Bureau on October 2015 and still in use today. From the users' feedback, the system can achieve good training effect in practical application.
