In recent years,with the improvement of living standards, people demanding to the power supply reliability of the power system are also increasingly. Since the reliability of the power distribution network in the whole power system occupies an important position, thus improve the power supply reliability of distribution network is a key link to improve user electricity reliability requirements. With the rapid development of distributed generation technology matures and related theories, mass of DG into distribution network as a new development trend of the present power system operation. Therefore, this article through the Grid LAB-D and Matlab joint simulation, both realized distribution network power flow calculation, and completed the assessment of the distribution network power supply reliability.This paper describes in detail the methods and evaluation index of common distribution system reliability evaluation. Then this paper expounds the ways of DG in distribution network connection mode, interconnection and operation mode. In wind power and photovoltaic power generation as the research object, establish its power generation model. At the same time, in order to be able to timely response scheduling command, this paper gives the power control model of wind power and photovoltaic power, provide input for the subsequent distribution network reliability assessment. Secondly, detailed introduces the advantages Grid LAB-D simulation software, functions using methods and reliability analysis, and summarizes the analysis process of the software currently exists defects. Finally based on the Matlab software platform, the paper proposed the concept of distribution network partition codes and respectively gives the distribution network containing DG or not containing DG reliability assessment model and the algorithm flow. Through relevant program written to the simulation of numerical examples, implements the algorithm, and verify the correctness and effectiveness of the method.
