Empirical Research On The Post Evaluation Of The 35KV Substation Construction Project

Since the implementation of reform and opening up policy, governments at all levels have been deepening the reform of economic system and actively exploring the road of economic transformation, and a lot of attempts and efforts to improve the investment system. In the construction period of the project, post evaluation has become a very important part. Based on the experience and lessons from the project management, the project participants can get the information feedback, which can make up for the defects of the project, which is helpful to improve the investment effect of the project.Based on construction project post evaluation theories, in status and methods of analysis on the basis of domestic and foreign research, to "Anguo stone of substation construction project" as an example of 35 KV substation construction project evaluation were studied. Firstly, this paper analyzes the four main factors influencing the post evaluation of 35 KV substation construction projects, and builds up the evaluation index system, and then establishes the evaluation model of 35 KV substation construction project, which is the foundation of the following case analysis.Then through the field survey and investigation of Anguo Shi fo substation, experts on the relative weights between the evaluation index of the project scoring, and on this basis, using FAHP project for quantitative calculation. The calculation results are transformed into grades. Finally, the results of the evaluation of causal analysis, the implementation of the project experience and lessons learned.Through the research and discussion of the post evaluation of 35 KV substation construction project, we can strengthen the project investment, construction unit and project management level of the project post evaluation of the degree of emphasis, in the actual work of continuous accumulation of practical experience, draw lessons from the past, and constantly enrich the theoretical results of our country’s engineering construction projects, to provide a reference for future project evaluation.
