The electric power industry plays a key role in the development of national economy.In recent years,with the rapid development of C hina's national economy and the continuous improvement of the quality of life of the residents,the country's overall electricity demand growth momentum has become increasingly strong.Substation project is a major power construction project,it is one of the constructions of key infrastructure,its economic development and social progress has played an important role.For this purpose a comprehensive post-evaluation substation project is particularly important.The post evaluation of power transmission and transformation project has the characteristics of complex structure and numerous factors.In the process of evaluation,it is necessary to combine the quantitative and qualitative methods After conducting grid evaluation projects,it can strengthen the strong power grid construction work,and improve its own building,at the same time it provide relevant reference for the new project decisions,investment and management.In this paper,Wuhai 110 kV power transmission station construction project can be treated as an example,after the power project evaluation that based on the general theory and methods,followed with the construction of specific circumstances,then take research and empirical analysis to explain projects that related index system and comprehensive evaluation model,finally make a evaluation project for the Wuhai 110 kV substation project.This paper were evaluated from four aspects specific implementation process,that is,technical and benefit,environmental and social impact and sustainability of projects,and build evaluation system after the Wuhai 110 k V power transmission construction projects which based on the specific circumstances of the project.Based on the improved interval analytic hierarchy process and multi-level extension evaluation method,the comprehensive evaluation model is established,and finally the empirical analysis is carried out.Concretely,this paper uses the improved interval analytic hierarchy process to calculate the specific weight of each index in the evaluation index system,and then uses the multi-level extension evaluation method to carry on the comprehensive evaluation of the p roject.Finally,the evaluation result can be obtained.The comprehensive evaluation showed that the Wuhai 110 kV power transmission projects is successful in general,and implement the intended purpose of economic development,and play good roles in promoting the economic and social development of Wuhai city.Specifically,from the perspective of project implementation,project preparation,building construction,production and operation achieved good.From the point of view of the project technical and financial,the technical and benefit aspects of the project are at the level of good performance.However,from the profitability and solvency,the economic benefits of the project are ordinary.This indicates that the project did not bring huge profit for the company,but it plays a fundamental role in the national economy.From the aspect of society and environment,the project's impact on the environment is small.From the regional power grid optimization and promoting regional economic development,the power transmission project to provide power and better protection of the region,and to effectively carry out the network structure optimization,reduce the loss.From the perspective of project sustainability,strong driving force for sustainable is powerful,and it can maintain its sustainability.
