Post Evaluation Of The Substation Construction And Project Management

Substation project,as a large power t construction,is one of key infrastructure in construction,its economic development and social progress has played an important role.The post evaluation of substation construction project is a multi-factor and multi-level complex process,the evaluation should follow the principle of quantitative and qualitative.After the post evaluation by conducting grid project,it may be advantageous to strengthen power grid construction work,not only to improve its own building,but also provide advices to the new project decisions,investment and management.This paper set Guyang 500 kV substation project as an example,to construction-related index system and comprehensive evaluation model substation project by post evaluation of the general theory of grid projects and the specific circumstances of engineering construction management.Specific evaluation from in five areas such as project implementation,effectiveness and efficiency,environmental impact and social sustainability.Finally,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used for empirical analysis.After comprehensive post evaluation showed that Guyang 500 kV substation project has improved the supply capacity and reliability of power supply of Baotou grid,and also made its possible of the grid at full capacity to fully supply.At same time,Guyang 500 k V substation project has also promoted the local economy and improved the people’s living standards,it has played a good role in promoting Baotou economic development.
