At present,China's wind power industry development rapidly,the Northeast power grid since 2010 brought problems of abandoned wind,especially in 2012 has brought about serious problems of abandoned wind,which in 2013,although a slight improvement,but after 2014 has become abandoned wind power rationing "heavy disaster area".Beizhen Jinzhou wind farm wind power abandoned wind problem is equally grim,from the current situation,the most effective way to solve the problem is the construction of wind power energy storage projects.On the basis of this paper,the research and analysis are carried out in this paper:(1)Through the analysis of wind farm since operation of power generation and electricity,it is concluded that the wind farm power rationing is mainly by the lack of the Northeast power grid system FM absorptive capacity caused in order to improve the number of hours of wind power and improve the wind power utilization,need to install an energy storage device.(2)Through the analysis of the status quo of the wind farm,in the investigation and theoretical calculation of foundation,and ultimately selected the has good complementary energy storage characteristic of 5MW x 2H phosphate iron lithium battery and 2MW x 2H liquid flow battery storage scheme.(3)The town of north wind power storage project uses two different forms of storage battery,high side formed sectionalized single bus connection way,and consists of two outlet connected with a booster station 35 kV busbar,by energy storage monitoring system,can achieve energy storage battery and the two have been built wind farms to one or more of a flexible mode of operation in the reservoir.(4)By quantity data storage operation of the project in 2015 after the analysis,the northern town of wind farms abandoned wind rate is currently much lower than the average of Liaoning abandoned wind rate,the decline in power as useless,after completion of the project this energy storage energy storage and wind farms own FM capacity has been sufficient to abandoning the wind fell to 2% or less,and no further construction.Finally,this paper analyzes the economic benefits of the project,based on wind power-grid electricity price of 0.47 yuan calculated the total loss of more than 70% of the energy storage project ten years,not economically viable.However,the energy storage project annual savings of about one thousand tons of standard coal,with great social benefits.
