The design of the rural power grid planning working relationship to residents' daily production and living quality, also related to the security and stability of power grid operation. Quyang county electric power supply company since 1998 since the implementation of the rural power grid renovation project, site construction has experienced the first and second phase of the retrofit, the county grid transformation,rural "household electricity" project at different stages, such as comprehensive and launch a new round of rural power grids in 2010 upgrade project has been implemented in nearly five years. During the nearly 17 years of retrofit, site planning has experienced "from scratch", "from concept to the concrete", the process. However, the planning of rural electric still exist in the process of systematic, forward-looking, and reality, and many other problems.
