The main task of the rural power grid planning is to intensify the management of rural power grid upgrading, effectively improve reliability and capacity of rural power grid supply, and gradually build a new type of rural power grid, which is rational layout, appropriate technology, high quality of power supply and low energy loss.Concluding the experience of rural power grid upgrading, the thesis analyzes the dynamic of rural power grid, studies the change rules of rural power demand, in order to optimize the structure of rural power grid, to improve reliability and capacity of rural power grid supply, to meet the needs of rural power demand growth, to coordinate the capacity of rural power grid, the ratio between the active power and the reactive power, and make the rural power grid become a new one with advanced electricity service and consumption indacators.The achievements are as follows:(1) by investigating the current situration of distribution network of typical rural villages and load forecasting, the thesis fomulates the rules of planning technology, proposes the aims of planning and development, standardizes the management of village-level power grid engineering, improves the quality of engineering construction;(2) using the method of comparing and analyzing the investment benefit, the study reduces the project cost and improves the benefit of investment;(3) through discussing the planning of village-lever power grid in detail, the study provides references for the planning, upgrading and implement of rural power grid automazation;(4) the study provides references for upgrading and implement of rural power distribution network automation and introduction of distributed generation;(5) the study raises and resolves the matters that rural power gird can achieve double power in case of rural single high voltage power point supply.Important reference is proposedin the study for the rural power grid planning to improve design concept further, reduce the project cost and enhance the reliability of rural power grid supply.
