Research On Human-Computer Interaction Of Vending Machine

Train vending machine is a product of the development of high-speed rail, however the research of train vending machine is still in its infancy. The integrity of the man-machine interface friendly, practical and functional needs further consideration.The paper describes the characteristics of public self-service equipment, and then analyzes the self-service train vending machine hardware and software equipment, after that this paper introduces the basic methods and principles of interaction design. The theoretical ideas of this paper is the theory of human-computer interaction system, step by step analysis of the human factor in human-computer interaction systems, technical factors, the factors of the usage scenarios and human behavioral factors as well as the final product. Derived by studying the advantages and disadvantages of the existing train vending machines, use interaction design process and ultimately get a new train vending machine interaction design.
