With the rapid development of global economy and technology, society technology serious environmental damage and over-exploitation of energy become two prominent problems, under the double pressure of exhaust emissions of car which seriously pollute the environment and the oil crisis, new energy electric vehicles as a new energy-saving vehicles, to develop electric cars have become key support in the field of new energy industries in the highly regarded automotive industry.As a new type of environmentally friendly transport modes electric vehicles has been officially used in many countries around the world, but there are still many negative factors. One of the major constraints is the use of conventional grid power also increases the amount of use of coal, an increase of environmental pollution. In addition, the electric vehicle charging facilities construction is still lagging behind, in this paper, the latter for the research objectives is that according to the status of electric vehicle development and problems to expanded research article, mainly to solve the low level of information sharing in electric car charging stations, centralized management is not charging pile, and low charging efficiency.This paper is studying on a new intelligent energy management system in charging pile, Firstly, the main contents include introduces key technologies related on intelligent, there are RFID radio frequency identification technology and EnOcean wireless communication technology, and WiFi technology. Achieved a wireless communication charge information, improved the problem that traditional communication distance is short, small coverage, signal stability is poor, low-immunity.Secondly, design charging station network architecture, to make communication network technology and management gateway and vehicle management communicate. With intelligent charging service and intelligent management services, improving the dispersion charging facilities, management is not focused, share of information is low between the charging station.Finally, establish a queue model of electric vehicle charging business, research on electric vehicle charging line up of three scenarios, it show that higher charging efficiency in intelligent system model, and it could save queuing time, queuing theory model is more conducive to the expansion of the charging infrastructure for a reasonable, rational allocation and use of resources.
