With the new power station boiler commissioning work,we need a lot of static and dynamic adjustment tests from the system debugging stage to the unit setting to start trial period.It is including the debug of the boiler system like smoke wind system,pulverizing system,fuel system,boiler steam blowing boiler debugging,minimum load stable combustion test and combustion adjustment test and so on,with dealing with all kinds of problems in the process of construction,to ensure the unit successfully passed the 168 hours test run.There is no data of operating experience on a newly-built boiler,that we need to much work to adjust the boiler to the best running state.This article is developed according to the debugging requirement of China Resources Power-Panjin power plant 2x350MW new project No.1 and No.2 units,and the research production is applied to the debugging to Greatly reduce the work load.Using the method of simulation,we can easily get more combustion state load.The combination of experiment and simulation makes the test process of boiler cold state air dynamic field simply and makes the test results more intuitively.In this article,the fluid mechanics software Fluent is used to the combustion simulation study of super critical tangentially coal-fired HG-1150/25.4-HM2 boiler combined with the debugging of China Resources Power-Panjin power plant 2×350MW new project No.1 and No.2 units.We studied the characteristics of air force,conduct heat and combustion combined with the boiler cold state aerodynamic field test and the combustion adjustment test,to get the qualitative rules of the boiler combustion.The simulation model of boiler is built after proper simplify supposing,including the geometric model,the numerical model and the building of calculation method.The Realized k-? model is used to describe the gas phase turbulent flow,the Lagrange orbit model is used to describe the movement of discrete phase pulverized coal particles,the Eddy-Break-Up model is used to describe gas phase turbulent combustion,the Two-Competing-Rates model and the Kinetics/Diffusion-Limited model is used to describe the pulverized coal volatile and the combustion of coal,and the P-1 radiation model is used to describe the process of radiation heat transfer in the boiler.The rationality of models and research methods is verified by compared the numerical solution to the actual running parameters.After the comparison for some different operating conditions,we can get the combustion characteristic and operation rules.Using above models and methods,we get the influence law of the secondary air distribution mode,furnace outlet oxygen,mill combination and primary air rate effect on combustion.The simulation results provide law basis and theoretical guidance in commissioning and operation optimization.
