The JG-130/3.82-Q type of natural circulation gas boiler of an iron and steel enterprise in Hunan, mainly burning blast furnace gas, also blending the coke oven gas.at present, in the operation of boiler exists the combustion efficiency of the boiler is low, the CO content in flue gas is high, resulting in the boiler thermal efficiency can not reach the design value. Not only wasted energy, but also seriously affected the safe and stable operation of the boiler. To ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler,therefore, it is necessary to analyze its thermal efficiency, to find out the reasons for the low thermal efficiency, then, on this basis to make the appropriate adjustment of combustion, in order to achieve the purpose of improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.At the same time, it is significant for the energy conservation,the results may also regard as a reference for the same type of the multi-fuel blended with gas boiler of the combustion adjustment.The study was mainly based on the field test, Firstly, during the test of the thermal efficiency of the boiler, selecting three load of the boiler, through test we can understand the magnitude of the heat loss from the boiler, analysing and evaluating the operation condition and economic indicators of the boiler, identifying the reasons that lead the thermal efficiency of the boiler unit to low is the high chemical incomplete combustion heat loss. Secondly,combined with the burning gas mixing and combustion adjustment test,Corresponding.studying how the gas of blending quantity and the air of supplying influence the combustion characteristics of the boiler, and getting the best of blended ratio and the best excess air ratio.Finally, developing appropriate adjustments to the boiler combustion optimization, and validatting,comprehensive analysis of optimization results.Through the thermal efficiency test,we can conclude that under the test load of 100t/h,120t/h, 130t/h, respectively,its thermal efficiency is 83.7%, 84.0% and 86.2%, but they were all less than 88.35% which is designed. Analysis that the main factors lead the boiler thermal efficiency to low, too heavy for the concentration of CO in flue gas, enlarging the chemical incomplete combustion loss. According to the results of the analysis of the boiler,we made some improvement measures,such as mixing ratio of burning gas, air volume, furnacetemperature, furnace negative pressure, feed water,in order to guarantee the effect, selecting two typical load to take the validation test,under the load of 100t/h, 120t/h, its thermal efficiency is 85.2%, 85.7%, respectively, which made a relatively better effect than before,it can effectively enhance the reliability and economy of boiler operation.
