Under The Background Of Low-carbon Economy The Research Of New Energy Auyomobile Industry Development Policy

The growing demand of cars,caused by the development of human activities and the change of lifestyle,makes the problems of environment pollution due to the over-exhaust of Greenhouse Gas of energy consumption and carbon dioxide.People acknowledge more and more clearly to that it should be much expensive to develop the economy and to promote the quality of life by means of damage to the environment.Therefore,to develop low-carbon economy and achieve sustainable development have become to the global goals.To transform the tradition automobile industry into the new energy vehicles industry is a practicable way to decrease environment pollution and to gain sustainable development.China has proposed a lot of policies to promote the new energy automobile industry development since 1999.From this paper,basing on the theory of policy tools and through the study of these policies,we hope we can explore the development of the policies which are tend to mature or still in groping mode,and then find out the defects of policy and offer the proposals in correspondence with the situation in China.
