Research On The Spatial Stability Of Urban Fringe Guided By Green Complex

As the particular geographical unit,urban fringe is the bridge and link to coordinate development of both urban and rural,plays an important role in the control of urban form and create a regional environment.However,with the rapid progress of urbanization,as the most sensitive area,urban fringe will be brought a series of bad influence from urban spatial expansion inevitably.So how to combine with the fact in our country,explore a space management and control mode both slow down the city sprawls,guide the urban development reasonably,and can be conducive to protect and utilize the resources and environment is the hot spot in the industry,is also the focus of this paper to illustrate.Paper takes the spatial stability of urban fringe as the breakthrough point.it summarizes the spatial growth patterns and control initiatives of urban fringe,analyzes and compares the representative planning cases at home and abroad from the perspective of green land resources protection and construction,finds their respective problems,put forward on the basis of the protection of prime cropland,integrates various green space resources in urban fringe to form a green space protection network,accordingly,put forward the theoretical exploration of green complex in urban fringe.Paper illustrates the concept and connotation of green complex,indicates that as the special planning of urban green space system planning,which focus on the green space resource protection and development,puts forward the planning objectives and principles;the delimitation of permanent basic farmland,construction of public service facilities and targeted improvement projects of facilities agriculture and leisure agriculture as the main construction modes,and puts forward the construction ways to analyze the present situation of resources,integrate green resources and adjust industrial layout,and accordingly,points out the implementation strategy by make a sound legal system and supervision mechanism,increase policy support and financial subsidies,rational planning and public participation,optimize and upgrade the industrial structure.Finally,the paper takes green complex of urban fringe planning in Luohe as anexample,analyzes the general situation of urban spatial expansion and in Luohe,points out that the ecological environment and resources in urban fringe need to be protected urgently,analyzes the resources and summarizes the master planning,puts forward the methods of space management and control by constructing the wind corridor,carding river venation,building site green space network and the ecological green space base,forming the green space protection systems and country recreational network in urban fringe of Luohe;promotes the high-efficiency agriculture,seedling planting,leisure tourism and theme exhibitions and other industries cluster of urban fringe upgrade and development by improving the construction of public cultural and sports facilities and recreational services and facilities to consummate the construction of the green complex.In order to protect the ecological environment and green space resources of urban fringe,and enhance the spatial stability of urban fringe for reference.
