This thesis relies on the Project of ‘Security Processing Technology and Equipment Research & Development on Nuclear Facilities' Decommissioning and Nuclear Leaking', selecting the Anti-radiation excavator which is designed to work in highly radioactive environment as the research object, applying 5M factor method and Delphi method to establish the anti-radiation excavator working efficiency index system, and using DEMATEL-ISM method to analyze the index system, and then formulating the specific optimization strategy in view of the main factors influencing to enhance the working efficiency of the anti-radiation excavator.Firstly this article applies 5M factor method to analyze Anti-radiation excavator working efficiency influence factors and establishes preliminary index system of Anti-radiation excavator working efficiency influence factors; then using the Delphi method by conducting two rounds of expert consultation to synthesize expert grading and the suggestion, totally removed five second-level alternative indicators, added two second-level alternative indicators, eventually identified as five first-level indicators, 33 secondary indexes of anti-radiation excavator's working efficiency index system of influencing factors.Then, it uses DEMATEL method to analyze index system of Anti-radiation excavator working efficiency influence factors, through the calculation of center and reasons for degrees, it found the significant influence factors of anti-radiation excavator working efficiency, such as time utilization, operational proficiency, the configuration of dump truck, radioactivity, accident emergency response, radiation dose limit, psychological quality, the cockpit vision scope, coefficient of bucket full. Based on the analysis of the DEMATEL method, using ISM to build the explain structure modeling by reachable matrix, it got eight class stratification and the remarkable effect factors of Anti-radiation excavator working efficiency---time utilization, operational proficiency, the configuration of dump truck, the type of material, two kinds of analysis method can supplement each other and have more clearly structured so that the analysis results are more credible.Finally, this paper studies the application of the main influence factors of Anti-radiation excavator working efficiency by the DEMATEL-ISM method, mainly from the perspective of management, from the types of material analysis, the driver's time utilization, rational allocation of dump truck, nuclear facilities decommissioning area division and management and accident prevention and emergency, setting specific suggestions and countermeasures to enhances the working efficiency of the anti-radiation excavator, so as to reduce the cost of decommissioning nuclear facilities, shorten the time of retirement, achieve nuclear facilities decommissioning rapid processing of radioactive waste disposal and also provide reference for nuclear emergency rescue.
