Niang Hydropower Station Project Quality Management Research

Local economic has promoted effectively by the hydropower development, and project management played an important role. With the development of project management discipline system, It brings vitality to the organization and management, and Project Quality Management is the soul of the project management. Considerable number of projects located in minority areas, because of geographical environment, cultural differences, development situation and another factors, implementation of the project is different from others. Enhancing the quality of supervision and management of hydropower projects and improving project quality evaluation system are urgent need to solve.According to the author’ s practical experience in the hydropower construction Quality management, putting the Suoqu river Niangyong Hydropower Project by SINOHYDRE BUREAU5CO.,LTD in Xiangcheng Ganzi Sichuan as the background, the author explores issues related to project quality management. With project management theory as a foundation, contraposing the hydropower project management features in minority areas, this paper focused on the project quality management problems’ analysis and discussion, and proposed the measures to solve, such as:, to establish a perfect quality assurance system, to optimize the quality supervision system, to create the quality self-evaluation system, to resolve cultural conflict by taking special emergency measures etc. It played a very good guide at the quality management’ s melioration in the Suoqu river Niangyong Hydropower Project by SINOHYDRE BUREAU5CO.,LTD in Xiangcheng Ganzi Sichuan, enhancing the efficiency of projects construction and improving the quality of pre-control ability. In addition, it has a practical significance in this project to improve the construction quality. Meanwhile, it has a positive reference value in the quality management of industry’s construction projects.
