Strategic Plan And Study On Project Management Of Dimaluohe Hydropower Station

The thesis shows that project management is that constructors supervise the investment, progress profit, strategic plan, design, construction and maintenance with opinions, theories and methods of systems engineering. During the course of its construction, a project influences greatly the increase and sustainable development of national economy.This paper presents a study and analysis of project management organization s set up, progress control, quality control, safety control capital control, bidding management and construction spot management, risk management etc. And on the basis of the study and analysis, a set of strategic plan about project management appropriate for dimaluohe hydropower station is worked out.The article aims at making a set of design about project management and a total developing plan orienting towards dimaluohe hydropower station, finally realizing the setting goal of progress, quality, safety and investment control, receiving utmost profit and social welfare with the minimal cost.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.
