Research On Quality Management Of The Prophase Supervision Project Of Lianghekou Hydropower Station

Hydropower construction projects generally involve more areas and professional, have high quality standards, at the same time are effected greatly by the local transportation, geography, climate, humanities, social and other environmental factors, the construction project has the characteristics of complexity, remote and so on. Therefore, hydropower construction projects, especially the implementation of its prophase project is generally more difficult, the implementation of project management, especially the difficulty of quality management is also larger.This thesis is based on the Lianghekou Hydropower Station Prophase Project, closely around the main features of hydropower construction projects, in the theoretical system of project management and project quality management as the foundation, combined with the author’s many years of supervision work experience, the supervision quality management methods of the Lianghekou Hydropower Station Prophase Project are systematically discussed and studied. The main contents of this thesis include: introduces the construction background of the Lianghekou Hydropower Station, and the main construction contents of its prophase project, analysis of the characteristics of the prophase project construction, and the structure of the prophase supervision project was broken down, taking project quality planning, quality assurance and quality control as the main line, expounds the process of the supervision quality management of the prophase project; according to the characteristics of the prophase project construction, nine key points and difficulties in the quality management of supervision are pointed out, six problems of quality management in the process of supervision are sorted out; and then ten measures to implement quality management are put forward, at the same time, select tunnel excavation project which is one of the key supervision projects in prophase project as a typical case, for the common tunnel overbreak and underbreak quality problems, from all aspects of the excavation process of the tunnel, using the method of causal analysis, in-depth study and research, and finally find out the main reasons for the quality problems of tunnel overbreak and underbreak, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures.The purpose of this thesis is clear, research route and method is reasonable, between sections is very compact, the results of the study have certain reference significance for the quality management of hydropower projects.
