As a kind of clean renewable energy, wind energy has been paid more and more attention by the world. Compared with fossil energy such as coal, petroleum and other fossil energy, wind power is not only a huge advantage in the sustainable use of resources, but also can improve the atmospheric environment, reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Under the dual pressures of increasing energy consumption and environmental pollution, the wind power industry will show new vitality and vigor, and become an important part of renewable energy.On the basis of project evaluation related theory, this paper makes a detailed investigation and feasibility analysis of 49.5MW wind power generation in Daban City, Urumqi. Firstly, This paper from the basic situation of the project and the detail of the project construction unit, and analyzes the background and significance of the project construction. Secondly, this paper introduces the literature review, which mainly introduces the definition and development of project evaluation, and the basic steps of the project's development cycle and project evaluation. In addition, Base on the the market to analyzed this project construction, from the industry access, the social economy development present situation and the social economic potentiality of the three aspects of the analysis. Finally, this paper carries out the analysis and selection of project plan, including the location and construction conditions, the scale, the content,the wind power generating unit selection and other aspects of the project construction. And use the project feasibility analysis method to carry on the comprehensive analysis to the project, including the investment estimation analysis, the economic analysis, the environment ecology influence and the social influence analysis. After comprehensive analysis, This project has the feasibility of conclusions finally.
