In recent years, as fast and efficient development of the railway transportation, it puts forward a higher requirement of security for the railway operation such as the anti-slip operation of the trains. However, the shortcomings of the traditional shoes and the defects in management make it hard to ensure the safety of the station. Therefore, an intelligent anti-slip terminal system is designed to improve the security on railway operation.First, the background and significance of intelligent anti-slip iron shoes are introduced. Then the status of research is elaborated and the key points and difficult points are analyzed.Second, the whole scheme design of intelligent anti-slip terminal based on ZigBee is proposed. Then the software and hardware systems are completed, after that, the correlation technique and development environment are introduced and the master controller is determined.In chapter 3, the ranging principle for the terminal is analyzed, and the corresponding ultrasonic sending-receiving circuit is designed. The situation for low-temperature ranging is analyzed by experimental studies. The accuracy could be improved by 4 methods, including temperature based sound velocity revising, probe driving voltage adjusting, pulse quantity adjusting and receiving circuit threshold adjusting.In chapter 4, the power consumption of the terminal is analyzed.3 approaches for power consumption reducing is proposed, by which the lifetime and maintenance cost can be optimized. The methods including automatic powering, automatic sleeping and abnormal arousal, and time interval adjusting for network search under poor network condition.In chapter 5, the alarm conditions of the terminal are analyzed. The distance-measuring module is employed to determine whether the device is properly placed. And the dip angle of the shoe on the condition of vibration is measured to determine whether or not the shoe is runaway or stolen. Then the runaway displacement could be figured out by dual integrating the acceleration.Finally, the anti-slip system is debugged and tested in this paper. System platform is constructed. And then, the overall debugging is taken and problems encountered in this experiment are analyzed and solved.
