Study On Sanitation Facilities Planning In Yuzhong District Under The Condition Of Stock

Yuzhong district is the birthplace of Chongqing city and Chongqing city base, economic, political and cultural center, carrying nearly a million people daily life occupies a very important position in the strategic development of the city. At present, Yuzhong district has completed the basic process of Rapid City, enter the stock development stage gradually. As an important part of city life support system of sanitation facilities, directly affects the quality of life in the city. In recent years, Yuzhong district sanitation facilities operation, facing the bottleneck of limited capacity, high quality, uneven distribution, the surge in demand, management is not fine development; at the same time, due to urgent and NIMBY effect, sanitation facilities cannot easily through the site planning and implementation of new growth. These constraints have become the contradictions and problems of Yuzhong district stock planning and development.This paper takes Chongqing city full coverage of urban and rural planning, special planning sanitation facilities layout planning of Yuzhong district as the research object, the three major contradictions of sanitation facilities layout based on the demand forecast, from sanitation facilities siting, sanitation facilities planning and sanitation facilities planning and implementation of three aspects.The main content of this thesis includes three parts, a total of six chapters. Through a comprehensive and in-depth investigation of the current situation of sanitation facilities, based on GIS technology platform, the establishment of Yuzhong District Sanitation database, make full support for the research on layout planning; forecast through two aspects of city population and sanitation facilities of sanitation facilities in Yuzhong District, explore demand contradiction, and make efficient use of facilities and planning new part two ways to alleviate the contradiction of facilities. Then, the sanitation facilities demand forecast based on simulation calculation on the basis of GIS platform. Considering the terrain, traffic, population and other factors, put forward a suitable index system in Yuzhong district sanitation facilities planning, and as a guide, to resolve the problem of sanitation facilities location. Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures from the planning adjustment, timing planning, construction mode, management mode, management platform in five aspects, to promote the effective implementation of sanitation facilities planning.Through this research, try to find out a suitable condition of stock under the Yuzhong district sustainable development and flexible management of sanitation facilities layout planning of new ideas and new ways.
