Organic city is a city model formed under the guidance of organic thought. Under the background of new era, the organic city and its development pattern has produced new changes. Organic city has two characteristics: one is urban system itself with the body of a living organism has the same structural and initiative; inherent reason of urban development on the other hand, showing a virtuous circle, and to be able to build maximally meet the healthy living of urban residents. This paper through in-depth investigation of Chongqing Bishan district and Wuxi city of Jiangyin, in the existing research results on the basis of reference organism theory, bionics theory, city ecology theory, circular economy theory and the theory of sustainable development, the organic city thought connotation, definition and characteristics of the city organic and organic city model building, the formation of science awareness of organic city comprehensive, and on the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of organic City, establishing a logical starting point and starting point of the analysis, by using the econometric analysis, examples of test methods, from the two dimensions of quantitative and qualitative evaluation method of comprehensive index of organic City, to explore the development path and organic city effect of organic texture factor and city improvement, and explore the city development under the principle of organic City. On this basis, we get the conclusion of this paper and put forward the corresponding optimization ideas and suggestions.The content of this article is from the structure can be divided into introduction, basic theory research, specific research and analysis, case study and application and countermeasures suggested five parts of a total of six chapters.Chapter one is the introduction, main content involves background research, clarify the research problem and the problem of the research clearly define the scope, and further clarify the research purpose, significance and perspective, clarifies the research content, thus combing the logic of research ideas and appropriate use of research methods, in problem solving research also show the innovation of the research.The second chapter is a part of fundamental research: first of all, in the idea of the city, of organic urban thoughts and its similar both urban idea of qualitative research and definition and through horizontal and vertical comparison that organic city idea is different from other existing characteristics of the idea of the city.
