Case Study To Shandong Road Urban Renewal, Comprehensive Renovation And Urban Design In Qingdao

In the late 1990s, urban development pattern of China is from extensive to intensive shape transition gradually. Faced with complex social problems which accumulation increasingly the since China's opening up, Third Plenum of the 16th raises on the scientific concept of development,the general social development goals of a harmonious society to establish, and embodies the concept of sustainable development in 17th plenum. Sustainable Development is the core of the scientific development concept, and achieve the basic objectives of the strategy of China's social development.Based on the conclusion of the updated model lesson which the characteristics of large-scale demolition in a period of time, this paper learns on the basis of foreign advanced concept of urban renewal, through examples of analysis and research, try to explore in line with the strategy of sustainable development, and inclusive or open way to update the old city, then makes recommendations from the level of protection system, in end explores social, economic, environmental,affinityfrom many different perspectives.This paper presents the concepts and methods of the living environment, under the guidance of the Organic Update Theory to research urban renewal on sustainable development, and the purpose is from the professional point of view to urban planning, combins with other areas of knowledge and content, then explores the ways to update the old city which promotes sustainable urban development. Then this papei takes the old city comprehensive treatment planning and urban design of Shandong road in Qingdao City as an example,highlights the urban renewal of systematic, comprehensive, social effects, sustainable development, the protection of traditional historical and cultural cities, to meet the window polished, so as to enhance the overall image of Qingdao City and upgrade the overall investment environment in the request.
