In recent years, members of the apparent structural requirements continue to increase, after the completion of many buildings do only simple decorative part can be put into use in its member surface, wherein fair-faced concrete can achieve good results. However, due to concrete construction technology of fair-faced concrete is difficult to control, and expensive, so more use template support increased strength and stiffness control, especially for increasing the rigidity of the aesthetics of concrete cast member has clearly improved. Now in many places with the use of steel instead of a wooden flute back of template technology to improve the support of lateral stiffness and overall performance. This paper on the new technology for analysis and experimental research of construction site finite element simulation based on the finite element method, and achieved major results are as follows:First, instead of using C-shaped steel vertical wooden flute back views of traditional formwork system back shocked, double shocked rectangular tube steel back instead of circular steel lateral support, and the use of fasteners and forming openings Yang angle connectors, based on the formation of a steel back Leng a combination of steel and wood formwork system.Second, shocked back to steel formwork used in construction technology and operation essentials situ concrete walls, columns, beams and slabs of stepwise refinement, and hole components and Yang angle connector mounting elaborate removal of decomposition, and thus for the construction method for reference.Third, using finite element analysis software ANSYS steel mold shocked back the forces in the construction process simulation, calculation of steel back shocked maximum stress and maximum strain used in situ reinforced walls, columns and floors when, and with national norms required for comparative analysis, we found that engineering steel and wood combination shocked back template system in line with regulatory requirements.Forth, in a construction site used in situ reinforced concrete walls, columns and floor-type steel frame supporting field trials, strain and displacement value acquisition feature points, and the test data and finite element simulation results were analyzed.
