The aircraft power supply system is a general term for the generation,transformation,transmission and distribution of electric energy in aircraft,and it is an important airborne function to provide power supply continuously for the aircraft to ensure the safe flight and carry out the task.The power supply system mentioned in this paper is an aircraft DC power system which provides high voltage direct current and low voltage DC power supply,and the ground simulation test is a fast and accurate test of the performance parameters of the aircraft power supply system to ensure the safety performance of the aircraft power supply system.In order to meet the needs of the ground simulation verification test of a certain type of aircraft power supply system,combined with the latest development status of the aircraft power supply parameter test system,this paper uses virtual instrument technology to design a flexible and scalable aircraft power supply sub System ground test display console.The hardware and software design scheme of the system are introduced.The Display console using the instrument structure of the PXI bus of American instrumentation NI to complete the hardware design,Visual C++ completed the system software design,through the operation of the software interface to power supply system control and operation control,operation status monitoring,fault injection,external excitation,electrical parameter signal monitoring,Data playback and other functions.In this paper,the development process of the console system is discussed in detail,including the system structure,working principle,the design of the hardware and software key modules and the experimental results of the system.The Display control platform has been applied in the ground simulation test of a certain aircraft power supply system.A large number of experiments show that the display console can operate stably and reliably,with high degree of automation,rich function and strong expansibility,which satisfies the requirement of ground simulation experiment of aircraft power supply system,and effectively promotes the development of aviation test equipment in China.
