In order to solve the problem that the weather can make the solar control system unstable at present,a new controller which is based on new method of caculation designed in this paper.In the method of caculation,the all sunlight intensity data acquisition method is used and the sunlight intensity weighted method is also used to calculate the actual sunlight intensity of each point.After calculating the strongest sun direction coordinates parameters and then get the result which direction is the best for the solar control system,more accurate than before. And before calculate the intensity data, first use the filtering to filter the light intensity data, thus try to avoid the external environment disturbance to the system. The controler which is designed by using this mathod is not only can be used under comples natural sunlight environment but also can be used in artificial environment, as long as the spectral change of the environment is greater than the sensor resolution.Make the purpose that although under the effect of the weather,the controler also can accurately locate the strongest sunlight direction comes true. Based on the algorithm, this paper puts forward a new photoelectric sensor array design concept which can auxiliary algorithm intensity data collected in a relatively short time.In the process of the design,I use both from top to bottom and from bottom up methods to make the design comes true.Take the Verilog program as the main tool to design the core algorithm of light intensity circuit.Use the random intensity change data to simulate the actual environment and use the C program to simulate the operation of the system.After finished the simulation,I used C program to prove whether the result is the same as which is used in the real circu it or not.I compare the two result and then make sure the circuit design is right. The circuit of AD converter, SDRAM interface and stepper motor interface are also be discussed in detail.
