With the rapid development of high-speed rail in recent years, also led to some railway industry technology development trend.In this paper, the source of the project "Train Monitoring Management System Based on Beidou" was born in such an environment. The system including the ground monitoring and control system and vehicle display control subsystem, project is to implement the ground monitoring system communicates through the Beidou satellite and train on-board system, train status information, equipment information and location information to implement for the monitoring of the train, the vehicle display and control subsystem can also provide some visual interface for the user.In this paper is about the regulation of Beidou system project part of on-board system application software, vehicle application software is developed in the Linux platform using QT environment, mainly completed the display of electronic map, map zoom and narrow, displayed on the map coordinates, upload and download files of USB flash disk, provide file services for the ground subsystem, integrated soft keyboard, voice broadcast, and other functions. The communica tion between Vehicle applications and the ground end is based on Beidou short message function, and the communication with TCN network equipment is through the Ethernet interface, vehicle program is aimed to realize serial communication and Ethernet communication function.After the analysis of functional requirements, vehicle application is designed to be accomplished by divided into four modules: the serial port module, the main window module, map display module and Ethernet module. Each module is respons ible for specific functions, the input data of serial port or Ethernet is for communication of modules. Through analyzing the function of each module, the above modules can be accomplished of subdivision, each subdivision is aimed to achieve specific task. This paper introduces the main function of the specific implementation, including electronic map realization function concrete realization, the realization of the soft keyboard, the realization of the voice broadcast, and the communication requirement through serial port or Ethernet. Vehicle software implementation can be divided into the design of visual display and the operation of the data, so data transmission protocol and transport stream format is designed.After the integrated and testing, each function of the vehicle application is worked properly,the vehicle application is able to meet demand and also successfully passed the acceptance and handover with the entire project.
