| Due to the vast territory of China and the large differences in economic development levels in various regions,the differences in the Power grid Foundation are also relatively large.For a long time,especially in remote mountainous areas,positioning the power equipment and the maintenance work are not based on the precise positioning services provided by independent technology,resulting in difficulties in overhauling and restoring power supply.The operation of the Beidou system,especially the full operation of the Beidou 2 system,can ensure the positioning service with the positioning accuracy reaching "meter level",providing economical,fast,accurate and safe services for grid equipment positioning and personnel positioning.This paper designs and implements a new type of power application based on the positioning navigation chip TD1030(a high performance,highly integrated BDS/GPS/GLONASS/QZSS/SBAS satellite positioning navigation timing chip)independently developed by Taidou Microelectronics Technology Co.,Ltd.surveillance system.The whole system consists of on-site monitoring transmission module,background data receiving management server and alert information Android APP.The on-site monitoring transmission module is responsible for the current detection on the grid breaker and determines the status of the equipment.The information such as the status of the equipment is transmitted to the post-Taipei message receiving and commanding machine through the Beidou short message satellite positioning system.The background service platform decompresses and decrypts the message content,and the parsed device state data is inserted into the device database to register device status.The mobile APP is responsible for displaying the information pushed by the background service platform,displaying the device status,and navigating the equipment maintenance lines for maintenance personnel.In case of equipment failure,it will make an emergency push to notify the equipment maintenance personnel in time.The purpose of the system design is to avoid the waste of communication channel bandwidth and the possibility problems such as sending more messages or less messages,the Beidou short message synchronization mechanism is designed.According to the RDSS communication frequency,all daughter cards regarding the control card control frame as the synchronization reference,only receiving a control frame can sent the data frame.In the command card control frame,the system reads the command card and synchronizes.In the hardware design,in order to meet the requirement of high power consumption and short duration of the Beidou short message transmission,the power module adds a farad capacitor.Considering that the hardware module does not always send the Beidou short message information,in the gap when the module does not send the Beidou short message information,the super capacitor can be used as the energy storage medium to store energy,so that the hardware module provides enough energy support for the Beidou short message information transmission.Finally,Beidou’s grid power transmission on-column circuit breaker monitoring system tested in Duyun City,Gannan Prefecture,the positioning success rate is 100%.In the two years of testing and using,the system also achieves 100% success troubleshooting rate with high performance.The design of this monitoring system provides a new solution for grid fault checking,which improves the efficiency of troubleshooting. |
