The Design And Implementation Of Virtual Maintenance For High Voltage Switchgear

Virtual maintenance technology largely solves the deficiency of traditional maintenance, especially in the maintenance of large scale equipment which must have higher safety factors, such as hydropower, nuclear power plants, military equipment, etc. In these areas, the technology reflects its significant advantages, not only reduces the cost, but also ensures the safety of the equipment and personnel. With the development of simulation technology, virtual maintenance gets more attention, become the new industrial structure and a new point of economic growth. Paper gives a specific explanation on the design and implementation of virtual maintenance.This article mainly targeting high voltage switchgear, with the method of virtual maintenance prototype, combined with modular design principle, and adopts MVC three layer hierarchical model, created the high voltage switchgear of virtual maintenance prototype model of the data structure. At the same time, based on the high voltage switchgear maintenance model library, database, virtual maintenance engine, implements the design and implementation of virtual maintenance prototype.In the aspect of system design, this paper introduced the virtual maintenance prototype data structure, functional modules and structure design.In the aspect of system implementation, this system through the driving process, the key technology such as malfunction response, combined with the multi-thread mechanism, reflection mechanism, management technology, compatibility and c # under the framework of asynchronous delegate and event is completed the prototype of the virtual maintenance training.Finally, the results of the virtual maintenance system for the relevant validation testing, after testing, the system achieved a critical techniques include malfunction edit,hypocrisy maintenance training and so on, better realization of the virtual maintenance.
