Research On Green Evaluation Of The Environment Outside The Building In The Cold Region Villages

In the promotion of national policy, the concept of ?green development? has been recognized in the urban and rural construction. Green development is the main trend of village construction. In cold regions, the quality of life of the residents has been rapidly improved and the construction of outer environment has gradually been attached importance to by the government and the villagers. The evaluation system of the green environment in the cold area is established, which provides important support for the optimization of the environment of the village and the green development.Firstly, the concept of green building environment system is studied. Research on the construction of green building, green village, and index system is compared with the advantages and disadvantages of various research methods. Because of the complexity of the environment, the fuzzy evaluation method is adopted. The process of application and data processing is described. Environmental data and theoretical methods which are related to the study are sorted out. 6 villages in the cold region were detailed researched. The present situation of the outside environment of the village is mastered and the main factors are summarized.Secondly, the village artificial, natural and social management system is considered. The index system of the green environment in the cold area is constructed. The selected indexes should be operability and targete for the results of the field survey. The construction of the index system reflects the regional characteristics and can be in line with the national and local standards. The Delphi method was applied to the screening index. Based on the research results, the index database is obtained. Setting up the index weight by using the improved analytic hierarchy process. In the evaluation of the green building exterior environment, the index system is the main basis for the evaluation.Finally, the fuzzy evaluation model is constructed to evaluate the degree of green building environment in the cold area. The application of the model is illustrated with an example. According to the research results and the evaluation criteria, the related data of the village environment is transformed into fuzzy sets. The results can be used to discuss the situation of green environment. Finally, the system actual operation is demoshtrated through the Changchun village. The 6 survey villages are evaluated and the results discussed. the evaluation results are based on the analysis of the village environment green, the green development of the village put forward reasonable suggestions.
