The Optimization Strategy Research For Elderly People On Living Street Space In Nanshan District Of Shenzhen

The city life street space is the most closed contact place for old people’ daily life. As the most important part of public space in the city, the city life street space is an integral and important area for the elderly who enjoyed daily leisure life. The elderly is a special group compare to the citizen, they have an obvious difference between common people in physiology. With the increasing proportion of older people in recent years of China, their living standards and quality of living environment are getting more and more attention of society. More society called on to make the elderly is the same as the general population to obtain equal, fair trip opportunities and good quality. Because of the physical characteristics, the old people have relatively special needs of life style street space. The particularity of physical exhaustion and mental makes life street space existing functionality is available at the moment and problems have not yet fully satisfy their use of street space. So how to adept to meet the needs of the elderly, as the high quality of life style street space should be our important topic to be focused on.In this context, on the basis of related theory research in the elderly and life street space, I select the life in Shenzhen Nanshan Distri ct life street space as the research object. Based on the principles of selecting from Nanshan District streets of 26 life streets field research and investigation. According to the survey and the interview, I summarize Nanshan District social demographics and daily travel characteristics of the elderly. At the same time, respectively analyzing and summarizing from the street space safety, convenience and comfort of street space problem. Among them, the steet space security problems including traffic safety, security and defense security. Convenience problems mainly include travel convenience and using convenience. Comfort problem mainly include the service facilities using comfort, green environmental comfort and health environmental comfort. Respectively, analyzed and summarized the impact of the elderly.Combined with street existing problems and relevant experience at home and abroad, this paper puts forward appropriate Nanshan life street space optimization strategy. And the paper respectively puts forward the appropriate countermeasures from safety, convenience, and comfort three levels. This paper can provide a reference for the scholars of research in the future value, and the aging of the district optimum road construction to provide certain reference.
