Construction Of Map Processing Platform For Airspace Planning Based On Mathematical Foundation

With the sustainable development of our country’s economy, the development of civil aviation has made great progress. As the amount of newly-built and reconstructed airports becoming large, the demands of flight program design are also growing. Automatic flight procedure design has been a hot topic in the professional field. In recent years, since CAD mapping of flight procedure design has been introduced, most professional organizations from each area has gradually applied it in automatic drawing. Different from the general industrial automatic drawing, flight procedure design is based on the precision and accuracy of a map.But there is no a set of complete system which can take into account the flexible design function of CAD and the map processing function of GIS. Therefore, in the CAD platform, it is particularly important to comply with the relevant requirements of flight procedure design of GIS function through the secondary development of the CAD platform.Based on the different functions of the CAD platform and the GIS platform. Firstly, from the point of map manufacturing, this paper expounds the process how to express object location on the earth to the map which human uses in daily life. Then from the reverse point,the paper analyzes the application of mathematics in the topographic map of the point on the map to the location of the true meaning of the expression of geographical position. It covers the required map content of flight procedure design and it includes registration, correction,cross stitching of a map. Then from the research point of software engineering, the paper makes a detailed explanation about the process of secondary development. Finally, the verification example is given and demonstrates the basic operation of software.
