Research On Risk Management Of Aircraft Maintenance Unite

In recent years, with the increase in the number of Chinese aging aircraft, the aircraft maintenance market is gradually expanding. In the current mode of safety management,Aircraft maintenance unit always takes measures to control the risk sources after a loss occurs.Therefore, establishing a scientific and effective risk management model to evaluate the aircraft maintenance market’s current level of risk is important. It can help the unit formulate corresponding measures to eliminate or reduce the risk before a loss occurs.According to the present situation of China’s aircraft maintenance unit, the paper adopts risk management methods, expert evaluation, principal component analysis, hierarchy analysis, generalized linear regression, to do research. First, in the principle of systematic,scientific, operability and low coupling, identify fourteen risk assessment index based on TER model, combining with the related data and index selection methods. And quantify the risk index by using the expert evaluation method, getting the risk data; then analyze the correlation between the indexes extract the principle component and verify the comprehensiveness of the risk index system by using the method of principal component analysis; then according to the relevant theory of AHP, establish the hierarchical structure,determine the weight of risk index; finally, based on the generalized linear regression method, establish a risk assessment model to assess the risk level of aircraft maintenance unit.On the basis of the methods, search data of aircraft maintenance unit to verify the model.The evaluation results are consistent with the actual situations, proving that the risk management method is accurate and effective. It can provide supports for risk control measures and the decision taken for aircraft maintenance unit. Besides, the paper also analyze the risk control mechanism and studied the risk control strategy, giving some feasible measures of risk control.
