Research Of Airline Pilots Security Capabilites Evalution

With the great development of Civil Aviation Markets in our country, the increasing number of pilots, especially young pilots are constantly refreshed.Study on airline pilot safety capability has been paid more and more attention, which has great significance to improve the whole industry safety and airline management and training for pilots.Based on the working characteristics of airline pilots, we made the preliminary selection of assessment index affecting airline pilots' security capabilities assessment index of airline pilots' security capabilities. Through expert interviews and factors analysis on questionnaire, after continuous exclusions and modifications, the evaluation system was finally established, which included a total of 5 factors and 21indicators: driving skills, including lifting control, course control, tilt control, speed control, situational awareness; physical quality, including physical condition, stress management, distribution of attention, emotional control; accident warning ability,including response time, emergency decision-making level, recognition accuracy; organization and coordination ability, including communication skills,organization coordination, teamwork, conflict resolution, resource management;safety consciousness, including risk perception, risk attitude, risk behavior, safety knowledge; and the data examination was also passed.Based on the findings of the research, the relationships between the factors,as well as factors and indexes were demonstrated by using AMOS21.0 software, the index system was modified fitting,and the corresponding load was found out in succession.Finally, Safety assessment to A company's four airline pilots was made using linear evaluation method, and the result was also confirmed. The results of data analysis are consistent with. As can be seen from the consistency of the data analysis and the real situation, the influencing indicators of the pilot safety capability that the paper showed has high reliability, and the result of case certification for the airline pilots security capabilities showed that the linear evaluation method is scientific and operational.
