| Metro integrated control as a key position in the subway line operations,bear an important responsibility for the safety of the subway operation.Due to the work requirements of the comprehensive control in the case of high pressure to maintain a high concentration of attention,and the work of a single content,so easy to cause burnout psychology.The subway operator’s personal status often directly affect their behavior,which may make the integrated control who appeared such as ignoring safety rules and regulations of the missing operation of unsafe behavior in the implementation of tasks,and thus have a negative impact on the safe operation of the subway.This paper takes the Metro integrated control staff as the research object,analyzes the causes of job burnout and the unsafe behavior of the subway,and explores the relationship between the two.This paper uses statistical methods to explore the causes of job burnout,job burnout,the impact of unsafe behavior,and puts forward the method to alleviate the job burnout of the subway,so as to improve the safety management level.In this paper,through the literature and interviews,the paper made a survey of the causes of job burnout and unsafe behavior of the subway.Job burnout incentives are mainly composed of work,organization and individual incentives,unsafe behavior is mainly composed of conscious and unconscious unsafe behavior.On the basis of this,the relationship model of the job burnout and unsafe behavior of the Metro Integrated control.Through the analysis to verify the model assumptions,which cause occupation burnout in work incentives and organizational incentives on occupation burnout in emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and reduced sense of achievement have significant positive effects,individual incentives have a significant positive effect on emotional exhaustion;occupation burnout three factors have a significant positive effect on the awareness of unsafe behavior personality has a significant positive effect on the unconscious of unsafe behavior.According to the effect between occupation burnout and occupation burnout,cause the unsafe behavior of the three path,determine the corresponding mitigation strategies from the individual level and organizational level of occupation burnout,in order to reduce the occurrence of unsafe behavior,reduce subway accidents,ensure the safety of subway operation. |
