Empirical Study Of Influencing Factors On Civil Aviation Maintenance Staff's Unsafe Behaviors

Now the reserach on the influence factors of civil aviation maintenance personnel unsafe behavior is mostly based on the experience, most studies used deductive reasoning model,few based on an empirical study of the large amounts of data analysis. Understand the factors and how to affect unsafe behaviors can improve employee safety training efficiency and reduce the operating costs of the airline, which can truly improve maintenance personnel safety behavior.Based on The characteristics of civil aviation maintenance business and relevant laws and regulations, through literature reviews and expert correction that civil aviation maintenance personnel unsafe behavior influencing factors of the results of theoretical analysis, and through the method of questionnaire of influence factors is validated using principal component analysis, finally concluded three influence factors of civil aviation maintenance personnel's unsafe behaviors,for Individual characteristic factor, maintenance resource management factor and organization management factor.The theoretical model of influencing factors of civil aviation maintenance personnel's unsafe behaviors was built. The relationship is verified and the influence degree was determined by AMOS17.0 which is software of structural equation model.The results have shown that: self-efficacy, safety attitude, safety knowledge, safety responsibility, communication, team work, leadership, safety climate and safety management is positive effect unsafe behavior, the working pressure and risk perception is negative influence unsafe behavior. In individual characteristic factors, safety knowledge is of the greatest influence on civil aviation maintenance personnel's unsafe behaviors, safety responsibility is the least.In Maintenance resource management factor, working pressure is of the greatest influence on civil aviation maintenance personnel's unsafe behaviors, team work is the least.In Organizational management factors, safety climate is of the greatest influence on civil aviation maintenance personnel's unsafe behaviors, risk perception is the least. In all the influencing factors, safety climate is of the greatest influence on civil aviation maintenance personnel's unsafe behaviors, team work is the least.
