With the growing global energy crisis and depleting oil resources, air pollution, global warming harm intensifies, governments and car companies widely recognized energy conservation and emission reduction is the main direction of future development of automotive technology, pure electric vehicle "Features zero " emissions showed superiority and have a strong competitive edge in the energy, environmental protection and energy saving, the other in terms of vehicle performance also showed a huge advantage. Taking a pure electric car for the study, matching for vehicle performance, vehicle general arrangement design, vehicle and vehicle test trial expand study.In this paper, the basic parameters of the prototype gasoline car were analyzed to power demand for pure electric car developed on the basis of which a pure electric vehicle design objectives and design goals according to the vehicle drive motor, speed reducer and battery and other key zero parts of the design and selection of parameter matching,and by AVL Cruise software for vehicle dynamics simulation verification. This article from the motor, motor controllers, batteries and other powertrain components and steering, integrated arrangement of air conditioning, braking and other dynamic attachment system, as well as high and low vehicle wiring harness, electrical integration of control network is arranged both pure electric car vehicle integrated layout design were studied. And vehicle collisions with high-voltage electrical safety design are discussed.Upon completion of vehicle general arrangement design, the trial scheme on the vehicle, the trial conditions were planning and design, and through the trial process and the trial vehicle analysis of the problem, verify the reasonableness of the vehicle parts selection and feasibility vehicle integration design.Final verification test and road test the vehicle by parts, reliability testing, environmental testing to verify the three high vehicle power, reliability and durability. Which further validates the target electric-vehicle design, parts selection and matching of vehicle, vehicle arrangement is reasonable and feasible.
