Currently,China’s new energy vehicle industry has entered a golden stage of development.As one of the three core technologies of new energy vehicles,the drive motor has a broad market prospect.As the main core component that affects the performance of the drive motor,the performance improvement of the iron core is an urgent need to improve the range and driving comfort.The new generation of iron core production requires a spraying system,and the produced iron core is a bonded iron core.The bonded iron core has advantages such as low iron loss,magnetic flux performance,small product volume and quality.This article will take a certain iron core as an example to design a valve controlled precise glue spraying system.The glue is sprayed onto the silicon steel sheet through gas pressure,and the gas pressure is adjusted by a precision pressure regulating valve.The control pressure is adjusted by a pressure regulating valve and a directional valve,and the switch of the spraying valve is controlled to ensure the glue spraying amount under set conditions.The glue used in this paper is non-Newtonian fluid,in order to ensure the glue amount in each cycle,the flow characteristics of glue are analyzed,and the mathematical model of glue amount is established.Establish a mathematical model of the injection valve,conduct coupling simulation analysis using comsol,determine the influence of gas pressure,valve opening,and other parameters on the injection speed,and obtain the flow characteristic curve of the injection valve under each parameter.In order to obtain the variation pattern of the glue spraying amount,simulation research is conducted on the glue spraying system to explore the influence of parameters such as gas pressure and needle inner diameter on the glue spraying amount,the required gas pressure and needle inner diameter parameters for spraying are obtained to ensure that the glue spraying amount meets the requirements in each cycle.For the designed valve controlled glue spraying system,a precision glue spraying system experimental platform is built,and glue spraying experiments are carried out under various parameters.The glue sprayed during each cycle is weighed by a precision electronic scale to calculate the glue volume,and the consistency of the glue amount is analyzed.The glue amount during each cycle meets the spraying needs.The simulation results are compared with the experiments to prove the correctness of the simulation results.
