Real estate project involves the allocation and management of a large number of technologies,funds,resources and personnel.In the process of development and construction,the factors affecting the progress of the project come from various aspects,such as personnel,environment,technology,materials,etc.It is necessary for construction enterprises and management departments to strengthen the analysis of influencing factors and control strategies of the progress,and at the same time,to carry out the progress plan to ensure the progress of construction.Degree deviation is controllable.Because there are many factors affecting the smooth implementation of the schedule plan of real estate construction projects,it is a systematic process to carry out the schedule management.It is necessary to strengthen the systematic study of the schedule control of real estate construction projects,use scientific analysis methods and means,and put forward useful countermeasures and suggestions close to the actual project,so as to provide theoretical guidance and guidance on the schedule management for the construction of such projects.This paper took Weifang city Hanting district Runhe garden construction project as the research object and made an in-depth analysis of its progress management.Firstly,this paper expounded the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research contents and methods,technical routes,and outlined the theory and methods of project progress management,project progress planning.Secondly,this paper made an empirical analysis of the project,mainly analyzed the project introduction,project structure design and quality objectives,project progress control status.Thirdly,this paper studied the compilation of the project schedule.It mainly analyses the structure decomposition of project work,the relationship between project activities and the project network plan.The time-cost balance CPM method is used to optimize and analyze the project schedule of the basic project,and the projectschedule is compiled.Then,this paper studies the progress control of the project.It studies the project progress control measures from three aspects: scientifically formulating the project progress control procedures,clearly implementing the responsibility of project progress management,and implementing the implementation and inspection of the project progress plan.It also analyses the dynamic control process of the project progress based on PDCA.The earned value method was used to analyze the project schedule deviation.Finally,this paper put forward the schedule control safeguard measures of the project,mainly including organizational management,system mechanism,material and equipment safeguard measures.
