The small South Street of Chengdu is densely populated,located at Tianfu Square and surrounding Kuan Alley and Zhai Alley.It is a traffic route for tourists to travel frequently,reflecting the image of Chengdu.Because the small South Street road has not been rectified all year round,so some parts of the road are dilapidated,affecting traffic and urban beauty.The road rectification project in the small South Street has a heavy task,a tight schedule,and a wide and uncertain feature,as well as a number of processes that require cross work and parallel operations.This means that how to coordinate and cooperate with each professional work in the limited time limit and end all the construction contents is a difficult problem to be solved.Therefore,how to use project management tools to implement efficient management of project construction time has a great practical role and significance to ensure the project time and reduce the cost of the project.Based on the concept and theory of project schedule management and project cost management,this paper first understands the construction tasks of the small South Street Road rectification project.A deep study of its work task decomposition,Based on the decomposed task activities,the time limit is estimated,and the project schedule is compiled according to the estimated time period and logical relationship.On the basis of the progress plan,the construction schedule control and optimization are put forward,and the effective progress management measures are put forward,including the organization of the organization,the adequate construction resources,and the strengthening of the construction resources.Technical management,implementation of dynamic management of construction period,and guarantee measures for construction period of major projects.Then it analyzes the current situation and problems of the cost management of the small South Street Road rectification project,and points out that the cost management of the small South Street Road rectification project has the inaccurate cost budget,the cost analysis is not enough,the cost accounting is not timely,the cost assessment ring is missing,and the schedule quality cost is ignored.In view of the problems existing in the cost management of the small South Street road reform project,this paper puts forward the measures of cost management from the aspects of cost planning,cost accounting,cost analysis and cost control.Finally,according to the coordination and management of the progress and cost of the small South Street Road rectification project,the relationship between the project progress and cost management is analyzed.The coordinated control measures of the project progress and cost,the project progress and the cost management guarantee measures are put forward,including the team building support measures and the project management information platform.Guarantee,effective communication and protection of project team and material safeguard measures.The time and cost management of the urban road rectification project is a very complicated system.This paper makes a preliminary study on the time and cost management of the small South Street Road rectification project.After the effective optimization of the time and cost management of the project,the later time and cost of the project are well controlled.I hope the research of this paper can be similar to that of the project.Road rectification project management provides valuable reference materials.Due to the complexity of the project,the determination of the correlation coefficient in the project needs more in-depth study.
