Study On Risk Management For Medium Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker Research And Development Project

With the continuous development of the medium voltage switch industry, the market became more and more matures, the entire medium voltage switch industry has gradually entered the era of small profits.But it is the opposite, Today's medium voltage switch market demonstrate fierce competition increasingly, only constantly developing new products to be accepted by the customers and putting them into the user market as soon as possible is the key of business that can achieve more sustainable competitive advantage and sustainable development of operating.Considering the development of new products have high-yield and high-risk characteristics. To propose a suitable medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker development of project risk management for the level of voltage vacuum circuit breakers industrial development in China are more important.This article selects voltage vacuum circuit breaker development and research project as a object, reference the relevant processes of project risk management,combined with the characteristics and the development process of medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker R & D projects were discussed, to summed up the suitable risk management process for medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker research and development projects, and focus on risk identification,risk assessment and risk response development three aspects were studied.Combined with the actual case of medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker R & D projects, applying WBS-RBS conducted on risk identification,using of FEMA conducted on project risks that have been identified for qualitative risk analysis, and then using the fuzzy comprehensive analysis of the risks identified for quantitative risk analysis, and proposed the risk response strategies for medium voltage circuit breakers R & D projects, by a certain type of the medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker R &D projects, excuting research and development project risk management to authenticate methods through the actual outcome of the project's effectiveness.
