Application And Design Of Remote Video Monitoring System For Open Toll Road

At present, network HD products have been gradually applied in toll roads. However, the relatively mature video surveillance system used in toll roads is still the analog video surveillance system in Gansu Province, which.is mainly based on the early stage segmental investment and construction of highways and leads to the present independent monitoring system of single sections. The first problem of remote monitoring is the digital for analog signal. There are two solutions to this problem, one is to upgrade the old system to original HD network system quickly, which has an efficient effect but needs much funds and is a big engineering. Another one is to increase the coding and decoding device to realize the original analog video monitoring system at a low cost, which needs lesser funds and meet the actual operational needs. The paper use the second solution to solve the problem, which is to add a set of encoding and decoding equipment on the basis of the original analog monitoring hardware to realize the digital process at a low cost. Another key to solve the remote monitoring is the network data transmission and storage, retrieval, this paper mainly adopts the IP surveillance solutions for network and data calls.The paper take part in the construction of open-style toll highway remote monitoring system(Two grade toll roads without the full closed and not connected) as a case, and this paper discusses the construction of the remote monitoring system from the system application background, system market demand and analysis, then mainly analysis of the coding and decoding technology and the use of IP intelligent monitoring technology, analysis of the whole system function and working principle and the safety performance of the measures around the system construction, software implementation details of the remote monitoring system design and development process. On the one hand, the purpose of the research is to construct and analyze the remote monitoring system, which is the key to the realization of the remote monitoring system. On the other hand, it provides a reference for the construction of the remote monitoring system which is related to the other fields.
