Complex equipment development is seen as an important mean to maintain national security and an important symbol of the comprehensive national strength. As a result, it is always valued in a large extent. In the development process of complex equipment, the data is heterogeneous and the information is not complete. Also, the accuracy and economy of the reliability growth has brought a lot of problems. With the rapid development of China's complex equipment, the new methods and the new models of reliability growth of complex equipment are put forward. In this paper, the following aspects of the research is carried out:(1) The reliability characteristics of the gray data were excavated. The reliability growth model of the complex equipment based on grey data was constructed.(2) For the reliability growth of the same period, the growth data has a similar law. In order to predict the reliability of the product and get more test data, this paper constructs the "S-MTBF" correlation model and the inheritance factor of the similar product, the existing products and the growth data of the product to be estimated will be mixed, and the fusion data is used to predict the reliability of the product.(3) In the process of reliability growth test, the model of triangle whitening weight function is used to determine the type of stress environment in the test stage, and the environmental equivalent coefficient under the exponential distribution is defined.(4) For small sample data modeling problems, such as small data, the data does not conform to the reliability growth trend, or the error is too large, can not reflect the real situation of reliability growth.This paper constructs a reliability growth AMSAA model based on fractional order discrete grey model.
