industry in the world,a new generation of information industry in the accelerating period of change,the rise of big data technology,and the use of innovation began in the period,the domestic market development of the industry,are facing important opportunities for development.To seize opportunities and promote the development of big data industry convergence is of great significance for improving government's governance capacity,optimizing public service for people's livelihood,promoting economic transformation and innovation and development.In the background of China's overall development plan,the big data of manufacturing industry cluster in the use of equipment as the research object,in order to clarify the equipment manufacturing industry cluster development path,the optimization analysis of the basic data and the traditional industrial cluster in the system integration of the performance of existing industrial policy,the comprehensive evaluation mechanism as China's industrial clusters,especially to provide theoretical support and practical guidance to the practice of the optimization of the development of equipment manufacturing industry cluster.This article is divided into six chapters,which are discussed according to the total total structure of the total score.The first part is the introduction part,in this study describes the origin,basic concepts and literature review based on the theme of this paper is: big data plays an important role in the equipment manufacturing industry cluster development process,to a certain extent,can promote the development of manufacturing industry cluster.The second part is divided;on the first,introduces the development process of China's industrial clusters,equipment manufacturing industry cluster,and the development status of the development of equipment manufacturing industry cluster and the existence,at the same time to clarify the integration and development status of the key use of big data technology and big data industry,then use the model to analyze the data of Guiyang the open area of equipment manufacturing industry cluster using grey relational analysis,and in the institutional the integration of the use of big data in all aspects of design,manufacturing,management,marketing,customer service and other service industry chain,to promote the depth of integration of informatization and industrialization to manufacturing services,promote the transformation of traditional industrial cluster development,and further promote the upgrading of industrial clusters.Taking Guiyang Economic Development Zone as an example,Guiyang economic development zone is mainly composed of equipment manufacturing industry cluster,and has been involved in civil military integration and high-tech equipment manufacturing industry.Therefore,Guizhou's big data industry policy and development performance can be studied.This paper argues that the role of big data strategy in Guizhou province to create industry macro environment is very important,but the development of large data core industries,related industries and derivatives industry is still in its infancy relative,government dominant,market weakness,lack of incentive fusion function,resulting in large data optimization and upgrading of the traditional industrial cluster it is not fully reflected.The development of equipment manufacturing industry cluster plays an irreplaceable role in enhancing regional self-development ability.Guizhou's implementation of big data strategy should take big data as the main direction to promote the optimization and development of various industrial fields.Therefore,further quantitative analysis of internal mechanism of blend big data and specific industry cluster optimization,so as to include the Guizhou equipment manufacturing industry cluster,the traditional industrial cluster,upgrading industrial clusters and the other to provide more theoretical guidance symptomatic is the main research direction of deepening the theme of the thesis.
