With the aging of the population, the number of elderly people is increasing, and the decline of the function of the body caused by the mobility of the elderly is also expanding. In addition to the body's natural decline, caused by non natural factors such as patients with movement disorders are also more and more, such as traffic accidents and so on. Research shows: rehabilitation training is one of the ways to restore the function of limb movement, the significance of timely and effective rehabilitation training for the recovery of nervous system and muscle function in patients is remarkable. Traditional rehabilitation training methods mainly rely on rehabilitation physicians to patients with one for one manual operation or auxiliary some simple training apparatus, but training process is tedious, patients are often in a passive state,low participation, and also not be able to choose the mode of treatment and treatment habits. Based on the above, the paper has done the following works:First, the system design and use the tilt sensor module. For measuring pitch and roll angle of the sensor module is mainly composed of SCAT-100D2, single chip Atmega48 and bidirectional transceiver SN75176 B, it networking between modules is realized through the serial port, and through the PC serial communication control and access to the acquisition process. By using this module, the acquisition of accurate and real-time angle data is realized, and the data is sent to the processing software through the serial port. The aim was to obtain stable and real-time body inclination data for rehabilitation training.Second, the focus of the paper is the design of lower limb rehabilitation training system.The tilt sensor to collect human limb motion angle and common design a tilt control set evaluation, rehabilitation training, data storage and processing as one of the limb motor function rehabilitation training system using the C# language and SQL database. Compared with the conventional rehabilitation, the rehabilitation training of this system can better mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the trainers in the virtual environment.At the same time, the software interface of this system has the function of printing, so that the test results can be printed out after the end of the text, which is convenient for testing the comparison test results for every change.Third, this paper chooses the evaluation interface in experimental research, with healthy subjects as the object by 30 minutes of training evaluation of 20 healthy college student, comes to the conclusion that the average speed of normal adults as a reference standard for rehabilitation training.The study preliminarily proved that the lower limb rehabilitation training system based on the angle sensor provides a new way of thinking for the rehabilitation training of upper limb motor ability.
